In 2015, two brothers set up The Griddle as a family-run business specialising in homemade burgers, Portuguese-style peri-peri chicken, and premium-quality milkshakes.
Our passion for quality and authenticity ensures that we hand-make all our beef burgers and marinate all chicken in our peri-peri range according to our secret recipe.
We only use A-grade chicken sourced and supplied by British farms. Our unique recipes are always made from the freshest possible ingredients, expertly crafted, and exploding with flavour. We are proud to hand-make truly sensational New York-style Beef burgers from 100% Fresh British Beef that taste just like those found in New York City.
